Terms
The agreement between you and Zindavi, in plain words.

Who we are
Zindavi is operated by the African Web3 Collective. Writing to [email protected] reaches us.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Zindavi. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor sign-in when we offer it.
You pick a page name. Names that impersonate someone else, or that belong to our own pages, aren't available. If you stop using your page name, we hold it for 90 days so nobody can take it and pretend to be you.
Your page name and your account are not transferable. You can't sell them, rent them, or hand them to someone else. A page name carries what you've done here, and that has to mean you did it. An account that changes hands is closed, and the name goes back into the 90-day hold.
What you publish
Your page and anything you post stays yours. You give us permission to show it on Zindavi and in previews when someone shares your link. Nothing more.
You agree not to use Zindavi to:
- defraud anyone, including through fake airdrops, drainer links or impersonation
- promise investment returns, or present anything here as financial advice
- publish someone else's work as your own, or anything illegal where you live
- hide where a link goes, for example with a link shortener
- sell accounts, page names, wallets or tokens, here or through links from here
Our community guidelines describe this in more detail. We can remove content that breaks these rules and, where the breach is serious, close the account. When we remove something, we say why.
Money
Your page and your link are free. When selling launches, Zindavi will take 5% of each sale and no monthly fee.
We hold the buyer's payment for 7 days. The buyer gets what they bought straight away; the money waits. If they tell us in that week that something is wrong, it stops where it is until a person has looked. If they don't, the seller is paid. We hold it in a separate wallet from our own money, and we never spend it.
If a wallet you have linked to your account has held the published amount of $ALPHA for at least one month before a payout, that payout is charged 1% instead of 5%. You link a wallet by signing a message with it, which proves it is yours. We check the lowest balance it held across that whole month, and if we can't read it, or what we read doesn't add up, the payout is charged 5%. One wallet belongs to one account at a time. Holding $ALPHA is never required to sell here, we never take custody of it, and we can change the qualifying amount. We will say so before a change takes effect.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed. Sellers set their own refund policies, and we may suspend sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver what they sold.
We are not an escrow service between strangers. Selling here covers work and digital goods we can see delivered: a file downloaded, a link revealed, a milestone accepted. We don't hold money for private deals in tokens, accounts or anything else we can't verify, and a deal you make off Zindavi is between you and the other person.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in settings, and take your data with you first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires it.
What we don't promise
Zindavi is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise it will never be unavailable, and we aren't responsible for what other people publish or sell through it. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zindavi after that means you accept the new version.
